During the week the gallery will be open for visits daily from 10am-9pm (free entry).
Every day we serve fresh byzantine pastry here at the top of the village of Pyrgos, right at the main gate of the kasteli/venetian castle, bordering the mini-agora in front of the St Nicholas church (1660), like this:
- in the morning we wait for you with delicious coffee and tasty byzantine vinsanto biscuits plus a superb playlist featuring works from 5th-13th c.
- in the afternoon stop by for a calm tea session at the terrace, listening to byzantine-influenced world music
- after 5pm we host "the byzantine evenings" with coffee on sand and secular byzantine music - "hits" from another era! And if you play any instrument related to our vibe, you are more than welcome to perform during our byzantine evenings! Just drop by and we will treat you with our delicious byzantine cookies and spiced tea!
